From a winter engagement…
…to a beautiful spring wedding.
After photographing their engagement photos on the Provo River between snowstorms (it cleared up right before their session and started again once we were finished!) Saige told me what she had in mind for her bridals. Spring blossoms on her fiance’s family orchard. It sounded like something out of a story book! I absolutely couldn’t wait until spring. When the day arrived we were blessed with beautiful weather (rain did try to intrude at the end, haha). And it was such a dream to shoot with the beautiful property, lovely lighting, and a couple clearly in love.
Saige and Michael had their wedding ceremony at the Provo City Center Temple just towards the end of spring. Some of the trees still clung to their blossoms and the skies were clear and blue. What a perfect day to get married!
They celebrated their wedding with a reception at the beautiful castle at Wadley Farms.
The bride’s room had a balcony!!
After stealing them for a few sunset portraits they then did a family wedding tradition of chaining the groom to a ball and chain and handcuffing the newlyweds together.
I wish Saige and Michael the very best in this new chapter of their life!
