When Kayo Davis of True Radiance Photography came to me with her idea of a styled bridal shoot I was thrilled to be able to work with her again. Taking inspiration from recent trends in embroidery she came up with the idea of a wildflower inspired bridal session. We gathered a team of vendors, telling them what we had in mind, then had them interpret the theme into their work.
And this is how the magic happens! Everyone’s ideas came together to create something beyond what we had imagined. During the styled session I just couldn’t get over how beautiful everything was. From the location that Kayo had scouted, the flawless hair and makeup by Alyssa, the creative headpiece that Dani made, the elegant dress provided by Danielle, and the gorgeous bouquet crafted by Alexa. Not to mention our lovely couple Lexi and Chase! Kristina Ricks from utahweds.com also joined us again and will be featuring the shoot on their blog. Fujika Nakama of Fujika Photography joined us for the first time and it was so fun to shoot alongside her. We seriously had an amazing group of people!
Now for the story of a woman with the spirit of a wildflower and the man who captured her heart.
Very beautiful and loely vision. I love how you paired the bright colors of her headpiece and her boquet with the more natural colored surroundings. Love it!
